KAMMO is a secure payment facilitation service operated in South Africa. By registering, messaging us on WhatsApp, or using any of our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
These Terms govern your use of the KAMMO platform, including all transactions, communications, and dispute processes. We reserve the right to update these terms with notice provided via WhatsApp or email.
KAMMO facilitates transactions between buyers and sellers but is not a party to the underlying sale. Both parties are responsible for accurately representing items and prices.
All payments are processed via KAMMO's secure payment system. KAMMO holds funds in a protected account until deal conditions are met.
Delivery arrangements are agreed between buyers and sellers. KAMMO may facilitate coordination but is not a courier service and accepts no liability for physical delivery outcomes.
KAMMO provides a fair dispute resolution service. Disputes must be raised within the 72-hour inspection window after delivery confirmation.
KAMMO processes personal information in compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). We collect only what is necessary to facilitate transactions, verify identity, and prevent fraud.
KAMMO is a payment facilitation platform and is not responsible for the quality, legality, or description of items transacted between users. Our liability is limited to the value of funds held on platform at the time of any claim.
